Let's open our minds and hearts to feeling, seeing, and communicating our gratitude. It's a practice.
Good day, SuperNoodlers. It's so lovely to see you my kind friends. What a wonderful day to be in your presence. Today, I would like to talk to you about saying thank you, and giving a thank you, and how words can have a powerful impact on all of us for the better. A few weeks ago, I decided to throw a gratitude party for my friends, and what better place to have that party than my Gratitude Garden? I wanted to take an opportunity to simply say thanks to all my champ friends, but not for any specific reason, other than, I was grateful for each and every one of them just like I'm thankful for you my SuperNoodle friends. I wanted to say thank you to Flash Bolton for always making me smile. Sure, it was great when he and his crew fixed McPufferson's tire, but I could celebrate and appreciate him for who he is not just what he did that day. I even invited Flash's pit crew of squirrels and chaos usually follows them everywhere. [LAUGHS] I also wanted to let Squeaky Laroo know how special she is to me, so when she arrived, I took her by the arm and we skipped and danced around the garden. I gave the biggest hug and high five to McPufferson for always making me laugh. I wrote a note to my friend Squatchy for always having my back, no matter what. For Zap and Nova, I drew a picture of beakers with steam flowing out of them to hang in their laboratory. I mirrored Flo-Jo's energy by matching her kind, beautiful smile when she arrived. We were twins for a minute. I wrote a poem for my friend Van Gogh to let him know how much his kind heart means to me. I even invited my new friend Larry the Wolf. And you know what? We actually don't need a party to show gratitude, sometimes it's just nice to tell our friends and family that we like, appreciate, and respect them out of the blue. That is totally based on the think it, speak it, do it process. I know how happy my heart feels when kind words are said to me. It really is such a little thing, but it can have a huge impact. Are you catching my drift? OK, my SuperNoodle friends. It's time to get up, and move, but don't forget to peace, love, and do a good stretch.
