So if you're ever feeling too challenged, just march in place, maybe jog in place or just catch your breath. As soon as you're ready to go, jump right back in and join us. All right. You guys ready? Here we go. We're going to start warming up. Let's get some neck rolls. And reverse. And reverse again. Reverse one more time. (SINGING) Neck roll All right, now let's get some arm circles. Stretch out the chest and the shoulders. Reverse. Arm circles in the house. Reverse again. Very good. Now we're going to cross our arm across our chest. You should feel a stretch in your shoulders and your upper back. Very good. Now we're going to pause for a second on each side. All right. Now we have our upper body done. We're going to move down to our legs and our back. Down to the center. Over to the side. The other side. Back to the center. We're going to go through this a few times, guys. Very good. And a few jumping jacks to get the heart moving. Nice work. Now that you guys are all warmed up, let's work out. These next exercises are all about building our legs. Are you ready? Let's go.
