Narrator Bunny breath! Did you know you breathe about fifteen to twenty five times per minute? That's twenty-one thousand to thirty-six thousand breaths a day! Whoa! That's a lot of breaths! (laughs) And now we're gonna triple it by doing some bunny breaths Ooh! To get your bunny breath on, take three quick sniffs in, like your sniffing around for carrots. Okay. And one long exhale out! Try it! (bunny breaths) Now, get comfortable close your eyes or keep them open, whatever feels right. And lets bunny breathe. Okie dokie Ready? Three quick sniffs in, and breathe out.
