That's right. They'll guide us through our Super Noodle travels. Each champ is a hero of a special kind. The Champs will lead us through a different part of our adventure, all of which will take place in new magical lands. How wonderful? [MUSIC PLAYING] Hello, my beautiful Super Noodle friends. I'm grateful to have you here today. I have missed you. Let's begin our journey by talking about compassion. That's a big word that describes our desire and willingness to help or encourage others and ourselves in a time of need. Not too long ago, my friend McPufferson and I were riding our bikes around Gratitude Gardens, and we were having the best time too. McPufferson asked me a question, but I couldn't hear him because the birds in the trees were singing loudly that day. So I sped up to get closer to McPufferson, but I think I startled him because he didn't hear me coming. He swerved, hit a rock, and scraped his knee, and flattened his front tire. I felt so terrible. Immediately, I got off my bike to check on my friend. He was OK, but he did need a bandage, which I always carry in my first aid kit on my bicycle. Luckily, I happened to have a purple stripe one so it matched him perfectly. But I didn't have a bike repair kit, so I wasn't sure what to do about his tire. And walking back to my place would take a really long time. When out of nowhere, our friend Flash Bolton and his pit crew of squirrels appeared. Whoo. They were passing through Gratitude Garden on their way to Flash's next race. Flash, being the awesome dude that he is, could tell we were in a pickle and needed some help. Flash also sensed our situation was stressing us out. So he quickly reassured us that he and the squirrels were there to help and save the day. We were both in good hands, which really calmed us down. Their act of kindness meant so much. And in no time at all, Flash and the squirrels had McPufferson's tire fixed, and we were back up and riding. [MUSIC PLAYING] Actions make a big impact, so does paying attention to where compassion is needed. Flash and his pit crew really came through for us, even though they were in a hurry on their way to a big race event. They made time to help us, which is exactly what it means to be compassionate. And McPufferson and I will always be grateful. OK, my Super Noodle friends, I'm so thankful for you. It's time to stretch. [MUSIC PLAYING] We're going to keep caring for others and spreading joy while we take some time to learn more about compassion with our friends and our teachers. All righty, let's move Super Noodlers in 3, 2, 1. [MUSIC PLAYING]
