The Power of the SPLAT

Flow, in partnership with Nickelodeon-- The Power of the SPLAT. You may not know it yet, but you are destined for ultimate kid greatness. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to unlock The Power of the SPLAT and to become a slimefulness, mindfulness expert just by taking a quick pause. What is The Power of the SPLAT, you might ask. The SPLAT is a portal that connects you with the totally chill, ultimate kid power to notice and master your mind. The Power of the SPLAT can be accessed anytime you need to rest, take it easy, chill out, or whatever you like to call it. Together, we'll transform mindfulness into slimefulness. Focus your eyes on the SPLAT in the center of the screen and imagine a slimeful universe where downward dogs are downward frogs and butterflies are peanut butterflies. Mm, so relaxing. So delicious. Take a big breath in. But only if you're not in the sewer, unless that's your thing. And breathe out. Make like a sponge and imagine a world full of jellyfish jamborees and unlimited Krabby patties. Your brain might be one loud place sometimes, and that's OK. You can use your powerful mind to bend air or to just calm yourself down. Are you ready to practice The Power of the SPLAT together? Let's try it. Match your breathing to the SPLAT in the center of the screen. As it gets bigger, draw your breath in, and release air as it shrinks again. Good job. Let's keep it going. In and out. The power lies in the letters. S is for be still, like SpongeBob on Opposite Day at the Krusty Krab. P is for Patrick? No, P is for patience. Practice patience with your mind and body when you decide to take a little break, like Patrick Star when he's catching jellyfish. L is for let go, like Michelangelo taking a pizza break. Mm. A is for attention, like April O'Neil carefully looking for clues in a big story. A-ha. T is for take a big breath, like Squidward after an all-night clarinet concert. Let's finish with one more full breath in and follow with a long breath out. Ahh, very good. And that is how you invoke The Power of the SPLAT. Nice work. Remember, whenever you need to take a break from your busy life as the most slimeful, mindful kids on Earth, you can always make time for The Power of the SPLAT, just for you.
