Giddyup! It’s time to gallop like horses in this Endurance level 2 exercise with Super Rufus, brought to you by Special Olympics.
High 5 Champ, Endurance, Level 2. You're back with Super Rufus. You ready to get your blood pumping with these next round of endurance exercise? [SPANISH] Before we get our muscles pumping, remember that healthy bodies eat, drink, and move. That means-- Eating from all five food groups every day, especially fruits and vegetables. Drinking at least one bottle of water every day. And moving for 60 minutes or more every day too. Now, are you ready? Let's go! Today, we're going to be galloping like horses-- [HORSE NEIGHING] --or [SPANISH]. Let's get started. First, take a big step with your right foot and then quickly bring your left foot next to it and repeat just like, well, a horse. And then we'll switch legs. Let's do 15 seconds with your right leg as the leader. Ready and go! Whoa, you're doing great. Keep on galloping. Almost there. And stop. Let's switch and lead with your left leg now. 15 seconds. And gallop. [SPANISH] very nice. Keep those steps wide. You look like a [? wave ?] too. Awesome! Almost there. And that's it. That was awesome. You finished level 2.
