Take a moment to be grateful for all that you have.
Think about it. Sit or stand up straight, take a deep breath, and follow along. Being grateful comes from looking for and feeling for good. We can be grateful for anything and everything around us, a person, a smile, a word, a moment, a place, a sound. Gently place your hands over your heart. Allow your eyes to close or even gaze forward. Take a moment to reflect on something that you feel grateful for. Think with your heart, not so much with your head.
