Finish strong with some long leaping in this Endurance level 3 exercise with Super Rufus, brought to you by Special Olympics.
High 5 Champ, Endurance, Level 3. [SPANISH],, GoNoodle, Super Rufus here. It's the final round, and I can't wait to see what you're capable of achieving. [SPANISH] Before we get our muscles pumping, remember that healthy bodies eat, drink, and move. That means-- Eating from all five food groups every day, especially fruits and vegetables. Drinking at least one bottle of water every day. And moving for 60 minutes or more every day too. Now, are you ready? Let's go. All right, amigos. We're going to finish strong with some long leaping, and then we're going to take a big sip of [SPANISH] . Are you ready? First, step forward with your left foot, push yourself up and forward with that foot, and land on your right foot. Then, repeat the same steps with your other foot. Let's do this for 30 seconds. In 3, 2 1, and begin. Leap as high and as far as you can. Oh, that's it. Great job! Left, right, left. You're doing amazing. And we're just like leaping frogs. Perfect. Just a few more [SPANISH] .
