Strengthen your patience muscle with this simple exercise.
[MUSIC PLAYING] Think about it. Sit or stand up straight. Take a deep breath, and follow along. It's hard to be patient. When you're excited about something, you just want it to start. And when you're nervous about something, you just want to get it over with. Either way, it can be very difficult to wait. But patience is strength, the kind of strength that you can grow inside of you. Let's take a moment to build patience. Count down from 10. Slowly breathe in and out. Be still, as still as you can. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. You did it. You are now a little more patient than you were before. Keep at it. Patience is strength.
