Indoor Recess 2, Chillaxing Around Town with Happy Ninjas. Howdy y'all, I'm Coach Terry. You can call me Coach Terry. And you can call this indoor recess, yessiree! I got a mash up of a whole bunch of Go Noodle videos and games. Y'all stand up and move along. Get those ants out of your pants! Let's get started with a warm up. Yee haw! Champs aren't afraid to sweat, so y'all circle your arms and dry your pits. Get some air in there with little arm circles. Circle 'em forward. Yessiree! Circle 'em backwards. Feel the breeze. Ahh. Let's get some more air in there. Make big arm circles. Forward-- ventilate and you'll feel great-- and backwards. Now, get all crazy and circle one arm one way, and the other arm the other way. Whoosh! Swoosh! That's the ticket. Everyone feels emotion. And since we all feel them, it's good to get to know them, and name them, so then we can handle them. That's why we're going to take a mood walk. Yes! Word? We're going to moonwalk? No, no, no. We're gonna mood walk. Not moonwalk. Oh! But, I mean, you don't have to feel the emotions. You just have to name them and then move with them. And if at any time, these emotions feel like they're too much, just take a pause and join back when you feel ready. All right. Come on, let's walk in place together, just casual, like you're chilling. A regular walk. Now, I'm going to name an emotion, and you walk like that emotion. Got it. Let's do it. Walk like you're impatient. Jittery steps. Walk side to side, then back. Crunched up face, tight jaw. Wring your hands. Look at your watch. You are impatient. Go back to neutral. Now, walk like you're happy. Springy steps, to up on toes. Smile on your face. Arms open to sides. You are happy. Now, go back to neutral. Walk like you're mad. Loud stomps, tight hands, tense face, piercing eyes. You are mad. Go back to neutral. Walk like you're excited. Arms up and wide, quick breath, fingers spread wide, and mouth open wide with eyebrows up. You are excited. OK, go back to neutral. Now, walk like your calm. Gentle, slow steps. Head looking forward, eyes open, smooth breath, slight smile. Relaxed hands. You are calm. Go back to neutral. Walk like you're sad. Quiet, slow feet stepping. Slumping shoulders, frown, and droopy eyes. You are sad. Go back to neutral. Walk like you're worried. Tip toe stepping. Crunch the brow, darting eyes, hands in front to protect yourself. You are worried. Reset. Go back to neutral. Walk like you're eager. Open arms. Feet step with energy. March all springy. Eyebrows up, smile. You are eager. Go back to neutral. Walk like you're bored. Saunter. Sliding feet slowly, like skating. Flat expression, staring forward. Arms just hang. You are bored. Go back to neutral. Walk like you're brave. Marching. Hands open, ready to do something. Head slightly up, eyes wide open, subtle smile. You are brave. Nice walking people. Naming your moods and emotions helps us get to know them. Because that's what it's all about. Being blazer fresh. Yeah. We're going to pick up the pace now for the workout. Get ready to get sweaty, yes sirree! Champs stand out in a crowd. Jump your legs out and raise your arms up high. Then, jump your legs together and bring your hands down. It's like a jumping jack. Y'all do jumping jacks and make your body say look at me, people! Yessiree! Faster jumping jacks. Even faster jumping jacks. If y'all we're in a crowd of one bajillion people, I'd see you. Only you. Unless all bajillion of them were doing jumping jacks. Then I'd be a bit confused. [RUNNING FOOTSTEPS] It's me, Moose Fabio. I'm on my way to visit my grand-moose, Filomena, to bring her some juicy meatballs. Grand-moose love the meatballs, just like me. Let's go. We got to run, so the meatballs don't get cold. Duck! Should've opened my mouth. Jump! Whoa! Almost dropped my meatballs. Dodge left! That's where the banana peel belongs. Jump! (SINGING) La cucaracha, I almost crashed yeah. Jump! Anyone gnome who that was? [MEOWING] Dodge right! Ciao catalina. Duck! Uhhh, watch the antlers. Jump! Ooh, that would go great with my meatballs. Dodge right! Now there's something you don't see every day. Duck! Last I checked, pineapples don't fly. Duck! Whoah, but drones do. Jump! Mama mia! It's a long way down. Kick! Goal! Jump! Who lost their boot? Dodge left! Better question-- who lost their piano? Jump! ABC gum? That's disgusting. Dodge right! McPufferson, I love your scooter. Jump! Purple stew! With with, with with. Dodge left! That would be a lot easier in the water. Duck! The planes! The planes! Dodge left! Excuse me, chimpanzee. Duck! Now that's a fly ball. Jump! Oh, nice to see you, Shelly. Kick! Now you see it, now you don't. Dodge right! A duck riding a bear? That's weird. Dodge left! A frog riding an ostrich? Totally normal. Jump! Did anyone catch the license plate on that thing? Duck! Who'd throw away a perfectly good meatball? Jump! That pig knows how to party. Jump! Fried ham? Where's the cheese and bologna? Dodge right! That's one funny bunny. Jump! I was almost in a pickle. Well, on a pickle. Dodge right! Hey, you've got mail. Duck! Missed me, frisbee. Kick! Hut, hut, hike! Dodge left! That's a talented cat. Ciao, grand-moose Filomena. I brought you your favorite-- meatballs! Grazie, Fabio. Such a good boy. Now I can have a meatball hero sandwich. You remembered the bread, didn't you? The bread-- well, I um, uh-- I'll be right back. Fabio, get me some mozzarella, too. Aye, aye, aye. Classic Fabio. [MUSIC PLAYING] MTV! MTV! MTV! Noodle television. [MUSIC - "FRESH PRINCE OF BEL AIR THEME"] Now this is a story all about how my life got flip turned upside down. And I'd like to take a minute just to sit right here, and tell you how I became a Prince of a town called Bel-Air. In West Philadelphia, born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days. Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool and shooting some b-ball outside of the school. When a couple of guys, who are up to no good, started making trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one little fight, and my mom got scared. She said you're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air. I begged and pleaded with her day after day. But she packed my suitcase and sent me on my way. She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my ticket. I put my Walkman on and said I might as well kick it. First class, yo, this is bad. Drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass. If this is what the people of Bel-Air are living like, hmm, this might be all right. I whistled for a cab, and when it came near, the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I can say that this cab was rare, but I thought, man forget it. Yo homes to Bel-Air. I pulled up to the house about seven or eight, and I yelled to the cab, yo homes smell you later. Looked at my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on the throne as the Prince of Bel-Air. [MUSIC CONTINUES] Nice work, y'all. Let's cool it on down. Cool it. Cool it. Champs always look on the bright side. Put one hand on your hip, and bring your other arm over your head, and scratch your body to the side. Feel it. Now, put your other hand on your hip, and stretch on over to the other side. Go from side to side. Time is on your side. Take sides, switch sides, order a side of broccoli. There are two sides to every story. Don't go over to the dark side, just the other side. All right, bring your sunny side up and stop. Hot diggity! y'all are on my good side. Bee Breath. Honeybees can recognize human faces. Can they recognize moose faces? Good question, and I don't know. Oh. But I do know that bee breathes are an amazing way to calm down. To get your bee breath on, sit up straight, close your eyes, put your fingers gently in your ears-- La, la, la. --and breathe in. Then breathe out, making the sound of a humming bee. Try it. [BREATHING SOUND] [HUMMING] Now, make sure you're comfy, and let's take some bee breaths. Ready? OK Breathe in. [BREATHING SOUND] Hum out. [HUMMING] Breathe in. [BREATHING SOUND] And hum out. [HUMMING] In. [BREATHING SOUND] And out. [HUMMING] In. [BREATHING SOUND] Hum out. [HUMMING] Breathe in. [BREATHING SOUND] Hum out. [HUMMING] In [BREATHING SOUND] And out. [HUMMING] Breathe in. [BREATHING SOUND] Hum out. [HUMMING] Great. Bee breaths are great for when you're frustrated, anxious, or even angry. What about when you're hungry eh? No. Oh. Eh, it's worth a try. Hot diggity! You did it. Nice work, y'all. Ciao for now.
