[MUSIC PLAYING] Nimble Nostrils. Certain types of deep breathing can help you calm down. But, sometimes you need to wake up. Don't worry, there is a breath for that. Really? Nimble Nostrils. Oh, I have natural nimble nostrils, huh? Show me what to do. OK. Hold out the hand you write with, and put your three middle fingers down, and keep your thumb and pinky up. Bring your hand in front of your face and press your thumb on the outside of one nostril, closing it up. And then inhale deeply through that nostril. [INHALES] Then put your pinkie on the other nostril, closing it up, and exhale. [EXHALES] Let's try it 10 times. [BREATHING DEEPLY] Great. Now, let's switch. Inhale through the nostril you were exhaling through, and exhale through the nostril you were inhaling through. Ready? Yes. Go. Whoo-hoo! [BREATHING DEEPLY] Great job.
